Isn't there some kind of laws about rent increases?

There is a website that I think that you should look at. It is the Oregon landlord tenant act. As far as what I'm reading, your rent can be raised at the beginning of every new lease that you sign. Here is the web address: www.osbar.org. Hope this helps! Laila
