I want to break the lease but I can't as its not been a year what should I do?
I signed the lease for a year....has to leave on emergency basis ..they r not letting me to break it...saying that I will have to pay for the rest of the year..

Contact the rental office. Sometimes companies will offer lease exit fees. You just need to find out if that is one of the companies that do.
