my apartment is infested with all kinda bugs. is it legal for me to break my lease without penalty my roommate and i both have one year olds. this is very unsanitary for them. previousy we were stayin in the same estate but in a different apartment, then we got moved to this one which is very nasty and infested with all types of bugs. we asked the landlord to move us to a different apartment, but she just wants us to stay and she will spray. that's still not safe for the kids. is it legal for us to break our lease without penalty
