from 0 answers	how do i get in touch with owner ,when apt. manager want give the owner concern messages? i 've try to explain to the manager about the parking problem, about a recent problem about smoking smells in the entrance hall.cigarette smells,give me headaches,and make my chest hurt.ude tenants in my bldg. i got till may 2010 before i can move.
