what do you do when you have continuously submitted complaints to the apartment manager about safety issues, mailbox theft and maintenance issues for over 3 months and have not gotten any positive results. iam a single mother of two and iam very frustrated about this situation. my apartment is located in the back were the parking lot not visible. i ask that my outside ligh be replaced,but i have not gotten a response in over 3 months. it is not safe at night when i come home.my mailbox is being broken into stealing my mail and all the manager is saying the mailman must be leaving it open. but this is not to possible considering the multiple times this has happened.i borrowed someone eles car and there car was burglarized at this apartmemt location.there is no dependable security at all.
