I plan to move-in to Seneca Village Townhomes, however I need to put a some amount of money before I can move in. They said that this is cooperative community and shared ownership. I will get the money back when I decide to move out plus the interest. Wha

I am just concern on how soon will I get my money back if I decide to move out or will I really get my money back?
