They can not refuse to give you company name. Then you google and on all company pages they have a contact information where you can email, call or mail a letter of complaint. Apartments usually can not give out addresses or phone numbers due to harrassment or tenants showing up at there place of business and yelling and threating the wrong people there that dont know you. But you have every right even in your lease look at the front page where it says move in dates amounts etc. It should have the management companys name on there right after the Apartments name.
