What do you do when your air conditioner has gone out 3 times since April and now its July and average temp. outside is 96 degrees? Manager only saids "I'll have somebody to look at it today" but nobody ever shows up! Manager will notgive out contact info

Keep asking and make sure you call them non stop and remind them. aka kill them with kindness. Also get the information on the property manager or the management company and email/call them and explain too them the issue that you are having. Keep a copy of the email or statement of the days and times you have contacted them. You can even call public health and have them come out.
