Apartment Advice - Please let me know

I have been in my current apt for almost a year and have 45 work orders in that have never been completed. I have a mold issue and a dining room light that if i turn on, it sparks, which i am sure is a fire hazzard. I am 5 months pregnant and have fallen on the ice to the point where I needed help back in the apt and had to get checked out at an er, I put a written complaint in for this and managment said "this is Fargo, ND learn how to walk on ice" Is this reason enough to get out of a lease early. (lease is up in May) Thanks
