Situated in the safe area of Homewood, the apartments are also near the Vulcan Park Museum, the University of Alabama, the Birmingham Museum of Art, and the Alabama Jazz Hall of Fame. Reviews claim the view is what draws people in, however, they also note that the staff is exceptionally wonderful in accommodating tenants needs. Located in the heart of Birmingham’s Southside, the University Place apartments are a great place to live for college students and young professionals. The University of Alabama at Birmingham, the University of Alabama at Birmingham Hospital, Al’s Deli and Grill, and Smolian International House are all nearby. The apartments feature furnished units, a fitness center, and wireless connection throughout the premises. Reviews explained that this is a safe area, as is it convenient to many popular attractions, and the staff are highly professional in regards to their job.
