Pietra Apartments sit on N. Cave Creek Road, just minutes away from the Pima Freeway and I-17. Grab a bite or a cup of coffee at The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf or McDonald's down the street. Recreation like the Reach Sports Complex or Coyote Basin Park are a short drive. Reviewers are dissatisfied with the reserved parking, which management does not enforce and other tenants disregard. One reviewer from March 2012 asked for the hallways and property to be patrolled to ensure rules are upheld. Deer Creek Village Apartments offer quick access to the Agua Fria Freeway and I-17. Residents can catch a movie at the AMC Deer Valley Theater or grab dinner at Chili's or Claim Jumper, only minutes from the property. Office Max, Petsmart, Target, and the nearby Costco make shopping a breeze. John C. Lincoln's Hospital is also within miles, ideal for hospital workers. Despite a prime location, reviewers would like to see the apartments and appliances upgraded and more conscientious neighbors. North Park Village Apartments are situated down the street from a plethora of restaurants and shopping. Within a few blocks residents can grab a coffee at Starbucks, pick up a pastry at Paradise Bakery & Cafe, hit El Pollo Loco for dinner, then Cold Stone Creamery for dessert. A Super Target, Fry's Food Store, and a Big Lots are in the same, bustling area. Several bus stops are a short walk from the complex and make getting around town a cinch. Reviewers complain of unresponsive maintenance, malfunctioning air/heat units, and the haphazard reserved parking. Bayside Apartments sit on North 32nd Drive, just off of the Agua Fria Freeway in Deer Valley. Thunderbird Conservation Park is right up the street, for tenants looking for a little outdoor adventure. Proximity to highways and public transport make commuting an easy affair. Want to catch a movie? AMC Deer Valley 30 cinema is right around the corner. Need a bite to eat? Order from the nearby Pizza Hut. Unfortunately, reviewers feel the staff could better maintain the property and repairs can be difficult to initiate. Presidio North is located on 11th Avenue, just off of Bell Road. Right down the street is a plethora of dining and shopping opportunities, including WinCo Foods, Taco Bell, New Super China Buffet, Schlotzky’s, and Aaron’s. Reviews have been mixed for Presidio North. Some reviewers have been critical of the staff, complaining that the fee policies are not as clear as they could be and some mention accidental towing of resident vehicles. Cordillera offers single bedroom to three bedroom floor plans. Reviewers love the spacious floor plans and full size washer and dryer in the unit. The property also includes upscale bbq and picnic areas as well as pools, hot tub and even racquetball court on well groomed, lush grounds.
