The office and maintenance staff really do their best to make Tatum Place great. The apartments are not the largest you can rent around here, but for the price they are great. If a fitness swimming is something you like, this pool will blow your mind... Olympic size with lanes marked. With grocery and other large stores within a short walk it is easy to not need a car. For apartments in the turnover crazy Southwest you would be amazed at how many renters have been here for 5 years and more. That alone speaks to how comfortable and well kept up Tatum Place is. The Tradition At Kierland stands on East Greenway Parkway, close to 10 miles away from the heart of the city. Frequent flyers love the proximity to the Scottsdale Municipal Airport when they have to travel. The Kierland Commons, East Thunderbird Square North, and the Promenade Shopping Center are a few of the places tenants can shop and dine. Resident reviews claim the utilities are out of date and are in need of updates, while others believe management can work on being more organized.
