The management change that came with the name change finally started doing things residents find helpful and the reviews over the past year or so are 100% "would live here again" or "will continue to live here"! Outdoors there is everything from a covered playground to fountains and a gorgeous pool, desert-scaped for water efficiency and beauty. This property is the perfect place for golf enthusiasts with the building sandwiched in-between Continental Golf Course and Coronado Golf Course. Osborn Park rests not far the complex and provides tenants with a place for leisure and activities. A number of renter reviews note that management can be a difficult to deal with at times and some voice safety concerns. Scottsdale Sierra Apartments sit 12 miles out from the hustle and bustle of downtown. The property is surrounded by nature, courtesy of Piestewa Peak Park, North Mountain Reserve, Road Runner Park, and Altadena Park, which provide amazing views and the opportunity to enjoy the outdoors. The Paradise Hills Shopping Center is withing walking distance of the building and offers tenants access to restaurants like Uncle Sam's and Michelina's Italian Restaurant. There is plenty to love about these apartments but first, second and third is LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION. Everything I love about Scottsdale is within walking distance. The grounds here are landscaped for coolness with many trees and there is covered parking. Outdoor amenities include bbq, pools and hot tub. Indoors are clubhouse and fitness center. The apartments have balconies, walk in closets and some with fireplaces, vaulted ceilings or sunken living room. Some other features are average. If you are in Scottsdale for the night life, San Marin Apartments are perfect. They are close to everything social Scottsdale has to offer, all within walking distance. Old Town is right here. Arizona State is a close commute. San Marin Apartments have a business center and wi-fi. There is a media room and fitness center along with the more typical pool. There are multiple layouts from 1 to 3 bedrooms and some have higher ceilings or fireplaces. Extra storage and covered parking are available but be sure your guests show their parking pass~ people who violate the parking rules get towed. These are the epitome of garden style apartments, a little old-fashioned but quaint. The patios and balconies are shaded and the sidewalks lined with pretty stone to make the place feel like an "oasis". There are one and two bedroom apartments. The beauty of the 2 bedroom is that each bed and bath are on opposite sides of the living area, perfect for roommates. Oasis at Scottsdale has utilities included so the price really is a good deal. Miramonte Apartments is moments from downtown Scottsdale and is located near the major freeways. Albertsons is walking distance from the complex with Trader Joes and AJ’s Fine Foods also situated just around the corner. Eateries in the area are abundant - Voltaire Restaurant, Chizona’s Pizza, and Ribshack BBQ all reside along E. McDonald Drive and a community of fine dining options are just 2 miles away on N. Scottsdale Road. As the apartments are in the neighborhood of Arizona State University, many of the renters are students and tenants have reported constant noise problems and poor maintenance of pool sanitation.
