Mountain Adobe Village is on East Allen Road, just off of Mountain Avenue. This property boasts being in one of the better parts of the city and has a wide array of nearby retail and dining locations, including Guadalajara Grill, Walmart, Applebee’s, Subway, Gamestop, Taco Bell, Payless Shoes, Starbucks, and more. Apparently Mountain Adobe is a newer rental community, so there is a dearth of reviews. However, its location should give prospective tenants reason to investigate further. Read all reviews...

Fox Point is situated on North Campbell Avenue, right beside the University of Arizona Medical Center. This makes Fox Point a great rental option for employees of the medical center. There is a good amount of green space in the area, as well--tenants need only stroll down the road to reach Rio Vista Park. There are a number of reviews that would like to see Fox Point management make upgrades to the property, including some of the appliances. But, a possible shift in management could be just what Fox Point needs to turn the corner. Read all reviews...
