The Gatsby has twenty nine studio and six one bedroom apartments located in the heart of the arts district and restored to their original 1920s glory right down to the original claw foot bath tubs, black and white tile, hardwood floors and restored woodwork. Tenants describe a great neighborhood, safe to walk, with coffeehouses and wine bars nearby. Downtown Long Beach and its night life is just a few blocks away. One resident reviewer detailed the joys of the neighborhood right down to the farmers market on Saturdays. And older review mentioned high rent but newer reviews say the rent is worth every penny.
