At Hollywood Place, tenants do not have to make a choice between tranquility and excitement of city living. Whether you want to hike at a park or go out for a night in the city, it is easy to do both at Hollywood Place. These properties feature many amenities and size and price options. Rent ranges anywhere from $1300-$2500. While the property is very pretty, some residents have felt that the maintenance of the property is not kept up with as much as it should be, but some of that has to do with tenants not maintaining their personal property as well as they should. Nestled at the edge of the Hollywood Hills, Summit is walking distance from the Hollywood Babylon Center and is a block away from Runyon Canyon Park, and many other great benefits that the Hollywood Hills has to offer. The units come with many great amenities and the property has lush landscaping that is nicely kept. Rent for these two-bedroom units range anywhere from $2075-$2110. Some in the past have had an issue with noise, but again that is part of living in the area, so it depends on one’s personal preference. Inquiries can be made during office hours of 9 AM to 5 PM Monday-Thursday; 10 AM to 6 PM Friday and Saturday; and 10 AM to 5 PM on Sunday. All inquiries must also be made by appointment. Orange Terrace is located on North Orange Drive in Hollywood. The apartment complex is just two blocks from Kat Von D’s High Voltage Tattoo. There are other places in the neighborhood that tenants can enjoy, including Ralph’s, Wells Fargo Bank, Jack In The Box, AutoZone, Sizzler, and Rite Aid. Reviews have mentioned are that crime is an issue in the area. Also, some renters say the property could be more recently updated. St. James Apartments is at the base of Hollywood Hills, on North Fuller Avenue. Nearby, residents will find Rite Aid, Buffalo Wild Wings & Bar, Hard Rock Café, H&M, Mesica Magic, Shintaro, Starbucks, Subway, and CVS. As of April 2013, there are no reviews to be found for this St. James Complex; however, the location is about as ideal as they come, close to all the fame and fortune of Hollywood, with the University of California – Los Angeles not far either. Sterling is located on North Normandie Avenue, near Barnsdall Park. There are a variety of shops and dining establishments in the neighborhood, such as Rite Aid, Machos Tacos, Umami Burger, Radio Shack, Payless, and more. Reviews for Sterling have been amazing. Many reviewers proclaim the quality of the units and amenities. It is also oft noted that the security is reliable and effect. Sterling is simply a great rental option in Los Angeles.
