Campus Commons Apartments

Student reviewers find the location of University Gardens to be ideal- it is a nine minute walk from California State University at Sacramento, right across the American River from campus! The building is also merely eight miles from the city’s epicenter, allowing for downtown workers to easily access the heart of Sacramento’s business district. Safeway, Raley’s, and Savemart are some of the local grocery stores. Reviewers agree that management goes above and beyond to help tenants; however, as with many apartments in the vicinity of colleges, noise is sometimes an issue at University Gardens.
