College Glen Apartments

Rivercrest Village Apartments is not far from Cal State Sacramento so a high student population is expected but there are families here too. The proximity to the American River Bike Trail is an added amenity. Parking is ringed around the units which makes cars an easier target especially if valuables are left in the car. Because the parking is on the outer area that makes space between buildings better looking and the grounds have pools and b-ball courts. Woodlake Village offers a great location that is minutes away from many highways and freeways, Sacramento State University, as well as great shopping. There are six different floor plans to choose from and many different amenities that are included for residents. Rent ranges anywhere from $602-$2007 depending on the floor plan. Some residents have complained that there have been some slight issues in the past with security maintenance, and if this seems like a problem for some, to look into it further.
