Greenhaven Oaks Apartments is situated across the street from Rite Aid and Big 5 Sporting Goods, with the acclaimed Nugget Market grocery only minutes from the complex. Access to I-5 is around the corner with Bing Maloney Golf Course an easy 2 miles from the apartments. Parking for the building is variable depending on the unit. A tenant's tip: the units in the back have the best access to parking. The quality of management and maintenance also varies. A handful of residents have found the living situation to be tolerable, while others reported difficulties communicating with the staff.
