A great location in the heart of the city — but away from all the hustle and bustle — this complex is within walking distance to South Beach Park and South Park, as well as AT&T Park, which is the home of the San Francisco Giants. Leaseholders opposed to cooking in have over nine close by dine-out options that include South Beach Cafe, the Java House Restaurant, and House of Hunan Restaurant. Reviewers loved the location and thought the units and complex were well-maintained and modern. The Rincon Towers sit at the edge of the bay, in between the Bay Bridge and Market Street, in the heart of downtown San Francisco. Rincon Park and the University of San Francisco – Downtown Campus are both a short way away. The area is convenient for tenants who work in South Beach or the Financial District, which are both within miles of the complex. Reviewers liked the quiet, safe neighborhood and the new renovations to the units.
