UN Square sits a block or two away from the residences, where a farmer’s market and a stopping point for all major parades is located. With five bus stops surrounding the building and the rail line close by on Market Street, tenants have easy access to virtually anywhere in the city. Tenants with a nostalgic side can visit the nearby historic Renoir Hotel, the Market Street Theater and Loft Historic District, and the California Historical Society.
