Central Boulder Apartments

Located in the heart of Boulder, this complex allows the tenant to easily access all parts of the city. Reviewers appreciated the apartment’s vicinity to University of Colorado’s campus, as well as 29th Street Mall, both within walking distance. Tenants found management to be reasonable, and appreciated the storage areas for their bikes and grills near the shared patio area on the grounds. Delilah’s Pretty Good Grocery is less than a mile away, as is Alfalfa’s Market. Reviewers agree that the area can sometimes be noisy and that the kitchen space is rather small, but that these difficulties are well worth the convenience of Thomas Jefferson Apartments.
