The Glen is located on Girard Avenue, just off Interstate 225. The premises is near Cherry Creek Reservoir, so residents can enjoy a picnic or a nice day exploring nature. Extremely convenient is the fact that this rental location is directly across from a Walmart Supercenter. Nearby, renters can also find Wells Fargo, Wendy’s, City Pub, Gentle Touch Animal Hospital, and Arby’s. A few former tenants would like to see management more involved in the complex. Minutes from I-225 and I-25 the Willows At Tamarac afford residents access to both Central Denver and Denver Tech areas. The Willows offer a bus stop right at the front of the property and are blocks away from the Southmoor Park light rail station. In the past, reviewers have had issues with maintenance, but management has been able to make the necessary replacements and maintain the apartments properly, even shoveling snow in the winter. Down East Hampden Avenue is Tamarac Square where residents can entertain themselves at their choice of two cinemas, feed themselves at Whole Foods Markets, or educate themselves at Argosy University Denver.
