Waterford at Mandarin is minutes from downtown Jacksonville, Orange Park Mall, and Town Center Mall. Reviewers in early 2013 are impressed by the cleanliness and amenities offered. The on-site racquetball court and volleyball court are favorites among renters. The place is fairly quiet at night and agree maintenance is very fast when responding to requests. One tenant's closet doors will not stay on track, but has learned to fix the minor inconvenience. Management is quick to resolve any issues, security or otherwise, and police regularly patrol drive through the property.
