Wellswood Apartments

Watermans Crossing Apartments is located near I-275 and I-4. The property is close to downtown Tampa, Westshore Plaza, Tampa International Airport, and the University of Tampa. Enjoy a beautiful day in one of the many parks located near the complex, such as Rivercrest Park, Al Lopez Park, and Gidden Park just to name a few. Public transportation is right outside, perfect if you need to head to the supermarket, or want to explore the town. The management was not too responsive to some tenants, but the staff changed in 2011 and is picking up the pieces from previous management.
