Formerly Buckhead Crossing Apartment,s Aventine at Lindbergh is right next door to Buckhead Crossing Shopping Center and not far from The Shops of Miami Circle. Residents enjoy easy access to I-85, 400, and Buford Highway. Georgia Tech and downtown Atlanta are less than 10 miles from the apartments. Despite a great location, 2012 reviewers would have preferred a more responsive maintenance team and manager. One former tenant was disappointed in the fitness room, but found the rent a reasonable rate. Several reported infestations which were not resolved in a timely manner. (formerly Tiburon at Buckhead) The feature no resident review leaves out is the convenience of location at Aventine at Lindbergh, situated near Marta Lindbergh Station, the Lenox Mall, and Phipps Plaza, and with easy access to I-85, I-75, and the GA-400. These one and two bedroom apartments have features that can include fireplaces, downtown views, hardwood floors, and upgraded appliances and full size washer and dryer. Aventine at Lindbergh has community amenities including pool with sun deck, fitness center, bbq areas and recreation room. Less common features include pet walking and other concierge style services.
