Situated in a fairly safe neighborhood, The Rock Glen Apartments are centered around the West Baltimore area, which is close to UMBC and the fine eateries of Bryan’s Kitchen and Kim’s Sub Shop. Reviews noted this as a peaceful complex with an accommodating staff, however this would not qualify as a family place because most residents would like it to remain quiet.
