Nob Hill Apartments rests in an ideal spot for Wolverine fans with Michigan Stadium and Ray Fisher Stadium just steps away from the complex. The apartments are close to Downtown, residing one mile out from its center. The bus line makes traveling around the city easy for tenants. UM's main campus is only across the street, so students need not worry about being late to class. Anthony's Gourmet Pizza, Washtenaw Dairy, and Happy's Pizza are a few places where residents can get something to eat close to home. Issa Properties may not have an up to date exterior, however the actual apartments make up for it. Though somewhat dated, these units are spacious and reasonably priced. Only about a 15 minute walk to Downtown, reviewers were overall positive about the property. The location is appealing with restaurants such as The Gandy Dancer, The Blind Pig, and Blue Tractor, having so many places to choose from when going out. The same goes for attractions in the area, which include the Ann Arbor Art Center, Emerald Dragonfly, Gallery Project, and Charles Baird Carillon. 306 Packard (Cmb Mgmt) may be high priced, however you get what you pay for, including hardwood floors and exposed brick. There have been some issues when it comes to parking, but the units are in great condition. Additionally, the area is also a great amenity to 306 Packard. With restaurants such as Real Seafood Company, Gratzi, and Ashley’s it is hard to not want to dine out. University of Michigan is not far from the property, so students and staff will have a hard time passing up the close proximity. Campus Management Inc. is a perfect place to stay for students, because of the close proximity to the University of Michigan campus. However, there were some reviewers who felt management was inattentive and others felt the apartments could use a bit of updating. Regardless, the convenient location is ideal for commuters attending UM. The neighborhood also provides restaurants such as Arbor Brewing Co, Real Seafood Company, and Bar Loule-Ann Arbor.
