Woodbridge Estates is situated just off of route 10 on Selden Street and only 3 miles from the city center. There are countless bus stops in close proximity to the complex making commuting a cinch. Some of the local attractions near the building include the Wigle Recreation Center, Wayne State, and the North Cass Community Garden. Tenant reviews assert that the units are in need of repairs and noise levels are difficult to isolate. Excluding these issues, management is very helpful and occupants enjoy the safe environment.
