New Center Place Shopping Center and Virginia Park Community Plaza Shopping Center are great places to shop. Leaseholders can get a drink at the Woodward Cocktail bar or the Northern Lights Lounge just across the street. Reviews claim that the apartments are great housing for graduates and undergraduates affiliated with Wayne State and is a great location to all the city entertainment, despite a bedbug problem and the run-down appearance of the building.
