Boardwalk Apartments received an abundance of positive reviews. Reviewers stated that these apartments were a charming place to stay. With features including a salon, a gym, and a restaurant it is hard to ignore how wonderful the place truly is. The only complaint being the occasional noise, but reviewers agree management is great. The location is also one of the elements that make this complex so appealing with restaurants such as Broadway Bar, Teazer’s Bar & Grill, and Liquid Cargo all in the neighborhood. Cannal Street Park is next to the complex supplying some extra outdoor space. Underground Studio and Fish Ladder Sculpture are unique to this region and definitely worth checking out. Downtown provides their residents with multiple forms of entertainment. MI King Park, Wilcox Park, and Rumsey Park are in the same vicinity for outdoor activity. There is also indoor entertainment like the Wealthy Theatre. Restaurants such as Wealthy Street Bakery Inc, Founders Brewing Company, and Wolfgang’s all are available options for dining out. There is a large amount of public transportation in the same region which, makes commuting easy and accessible.
