College Hill Apartments sits right off I-196, right outside of the heart of Grand Rapids. Tenants interested in the downtown scene don’t have to travel very far; the Grand Rapid Civic Theater, Dog Story Theater, DeVos Performance Hall, and Broadway Grand Rapids are all within a mile of the complex. Six universities are also close by, including Western Michigan University, Aquinas College, and Grand Rapids Community College. Reviewers liked the location, affordable rent, and amenities.
