Located in the Lafayette area of Saint Louis, the Soulard Market Lofts are just minutes from La Salle Park and Llywelyn’s Pub. These apartments are a great place for people to rent because of their higher class accommodations. The gated parking lot is a nice feature, however many reviews explained that the gates stuck and the driveway becomes icy in the winter. A few residents also report troubles with irresponsible pet owners. Many reviewers also noted that the maintenance and office staff were very accommodating and friendly, but until recently the building’s upkeep has been on a decline. Read all reviews...
