Shadow Hills Apartments are situated next to the Las Vegas Beltway and Cliff Shadows Parkway, less than 30 minutes from the city. Walmart, Starbucks, and Snap Fitness are within a few miles.
Reviews from late 2012 reported unresponsive maintenance and discrepancies over pool hours. A former resident complained of inconsiderate neighbors and teenagers hanging out around the pool at night. However, one tenant from June 2012 enjoyed the amenities and the scenic location like the multiple public parks close by.
