Residents have easy access to nearby park space at Holiday Park on Comanche Road, or if they prefer, tenants can venture out of the city and explore the Sandia Mountains to the east. Nearby locations include Domino’s Pizza, O’Neill’s Pub, Sonic Drive-In, and Lowe's Home Improvement. The complex is a short walk to public transport for those wanting to explore the city. Many tenant reviews suggest management could improve on the general upkeep of the apartments. A number of units are reported to have lingering problems, though the staff is aware of the concerns.
