Sitting between Prospector's Ridge and Arroyo Del Oso Park, the complex is conveniently located within walking distance of a local Whole Foods. La Paloma is well liked for its beautiful green grounds and an excellent view of the city. Rent may begin in the mid 700's range for 1 bedroom apartments, but as part of the community you will have access to a fitness center and outdoor pool. Some people have had issues with the management but many others have had the opposite experience. Eagle Point is an affordable, comfortable, pet friendly location with plenty of accommodations and a friendly management staff. One downside of Eagle Point are creaky stairs and thin walls, so noise may be a problem, but weighted against the safe neighborhood, clean living space, and good service, the noise problem should be tolerable to most. With many luxuries including a fitness center, tennis court, on site laundry and central air, Eagle Point is a great place to maximize comfort at a very reasonable price.
