The building is walking distance from a variety of grocery options including the Food Emporium, Health Nuts, and the Zagat-rated Grace’s Marketplace. Shopping choices are conveniently located just down the street: True Religion, Lucky Brand Jeans, Lululemon, and Molton Brown are all along Third Avenue. Butterfield Market is an upscale grocery that features local fare and is just down the street. The area has a selection of luxury restaurants including Candle 79, Shanghai Pavilion, and Atlantic Grill, but also caters to those looking for a quick bite at Pastrami Queen and Mamagyro. Central Park is just a stroll down 78th and the area features the Metropolitan Museum of Art and many public softball fields for weekend cultural and recreational activities.
