Right next door to Park Place Center, Lakeside at the Sanctuary is listed as an establishment that provides CHASE Preferred Employee Discounts. At the Park Place Center, the Bombay Bazaar is just one of the places to visit for fresh produce as well as ethnic fare. Just beyond the center is Highbanks Metropark. This park covers a very large area of the Ohio landscape with trails for walking, running, and biking. Reviewers of Lakeside voice concerns with cleanliness within their apartments. Tenants reviews note the constant management turnover, which in some cases has left residents leaving on poor terms.

These apartments still qualify as new construction~ they are less than 10 years old ~and the floor to ceiling windows and unusual apartment layouts are gorgeous. 33 South Third Apartments are great downtown San Jose living: beautiful apartments with shopping, restaurants and night life within an easy walk. There is another large downtown apartment complex nearby with many more apartments and I think the size of this one is much nicer, with few enough units so you recognize your neighbors. Some reviewers complain about bad apartment managers but it none mentioned an unresolved complaint.
