Schools in the area are notable and well-praised: Germantown High School, Lingelbach Elementary, Germantown Friends School are just a few of the academic options in the community. A tenant from 2002-2007 was displeased with the responsiveness of the maintenance and management staffs, however things may have changed and current tenants may be more satisfied. Residents give it a positive review, citing easy parking despite the urban location. Renters mention that the building staff are friendly and committed to keeping the building safe, and very conscientious about snow removal and the beatification of the grounds.
