Penn Wynn House is an easy 10-minute drive from downtown Philadelphia. The building is surrounded by convenient public transportation with the SEPTA train right behind the apartments and a bus stop just around the corner. Also in the backyard of the building is West Fairmount Park and Bala Golf Course for those looking for tranquil views and recreational opportunities. The neighborhood is saturated with various cultural buildings including the Underground Railroad Museum, Woodford Mansion, and the Please Touch Museum. Tenants have had mixed responses to the management and maintenance staffs - it is evident that both staffs are primarily consistent and professional, while some members do not seem to be as friendly as others.
