Forward Avenue offer nice, comfortable apartments at affordable prices. The apartments come with different amenities, as well as management that respect your privacy. Rent ranges per unit, but most tenants say it is definitely fair and affordable. Some have said that they have had issues with maintenance in the past, saying that it would take a while to get items fixed, but other than that, they really didn’t have any problems. Located in Squirrel Hill, Beechwood Gardens is around great dining, and entertainment, as well as ten minutes from Oakland and the University of Pittsburgh. The building features one, or two-bedroom units that come with many amenities and a variety of rent prices; as well as a nicely kept property.
