Brigham Apartments give the best of Salt Lake City Living right on South Temple Street. The apartments have great views and are well maintained and cared for. The office staff is great about receiving packages and letting you know what is up. The pool is heated for all year use and the gym is small but very clean. Palladio sits right in the heart of Salt Lake City’s downtown on South 200 West. Nearby, residents can enjoy a stroll in Pioneer Park, or perhaps venture over to The Gateway Mall where renters will find Applebee’s, McDonald’s, Megaplex Theaters, Bath & Body Works, Forever 21, Sur La Table, Urban Outfitters, and Happy Sumo. Reviews have been fairly positive for Palladio. Some reviews are displeased with the management's tenant screening process.
