City Park is located on North 900 West, just off of Interstate 15. Residents can venture out and enjoy a variety of retail and dining locations in the neighborhood, such as Domino’s Pizza, Smith’s Food & Drug, Papa John’s, Dollar Tree, Golden Pearl, and McDonald’s. Raintree is on North 900 West, directly off of Interstate 15. Salt Lake City International Airport is nearby, but not near enough to cause noise issues. Raintree may be a good option for airport employees. But, proximity to the highway makes getting anywhere else in SLC a breeze. And, if residents need a bite to eat, they can visit Tacos Daniel or El Cabrito, right down the street. Reviews have been quite positive for the complex. A number of reviews compliment the staff for being kind and responsive when issues come up. Maintenance staff always responds fast and effectively. Rain Tree Apartments are now known as The Village at Raintree. Apartments at The Village at Raintree are garden style, with individual entrances and well landscaped grounds.
