Found in the Capitol Hill area of Seattle, the Hawthorne Apartments are located near Victoria’s Coffee, Bauhaus Books and Coffee, Chapel Bar, Tango Eatery, and the Paramount Theatre. Reviews explained that the location is the reason why many residents choose to live here. The apartments offer fireplaces, granite countertops, walk-in closets, and washers and dryers in each unit. Reviews also agreed that the rooms are spacious and are arranged effectively, but parking spots are small which can make it quite a hassle to park.

700 Broadway is located near I-5 outside of downtown Seattle and a mile away from Seattle University. For close by entertainment, residents can check out Parties Only DJ& Karaoke just down the block, or venture a little farther to Liberty bar for a drink. Fine dining is also down the street, with places like Olivar, Poppy, Aoki Japanese Grill, Altura, and more providing a range of upscale food for residents’ taste buds. Although reviewers liked the views of Mt. Ranier and downtown Seattle, they expressed concern over the recent management change and the way it has affected building maintenance and safety.
