Some of the attractions in the vicinity include the Northwest Hospital & Medical Center, Haller Lake, and the Bitter Lake Community Center. Tenants enjoy the Oak Tree Village Shopping Center, barely minutes away for shopping. Commuters can traverse around town with the numerous bus stops in the area. Reviewers have criticized the high cost of the utility bills, the constant repairs, and the apathetic management. Although residents love the available parking and the amenities are a huge plus.

Several different nightlife options can be found less than a half mile away near East Madison Street, including Chop Suey, Cuff Complex, Tavern Law, and Cha Cha Lounge. For convenient shopping, New Town Market is less than 200 feet away, with Trader Joe’s, Safeway, and Piyassa Market all within miles. Although reviewers liked the location and generally felt the office staff were friendly, a few disliked the noise levels, payment policies, and different fees associated with renting.

The Zindorf Apartments are situated directly outside of the central business district aside the Seattle Public Library, the Coffee Tree coffee shop, and the well-known eatery, Sushi Kanpai. These apartments offer a spectacular view and they are most known for their diverse floor plans. Reviews explained that this location is awesome because residents are close enough to main attractions but far enough that there is some distance. Although many reviews also stated that management can be somewhat unfriendly at times during the day, it did not seem to be a major issue.

The apartments offer residents the option to choose from one and two bedroom apartments as well as studios. Reviews noted that although the building has an older construction, it is well kept and in decent shape. Reviews explained that parking is an issue as they only offer off-street and it is common for residents hear noise from Interstate 5.

Found nearby is the Union Park Grocery and Deli, the Harvard Market, and the Virginia Mason Medical Center. Reviews explained that this location provides easy access to everything, including downtown, however being close to these attractions can be quite noisy. Regardless, many tenants eagerly renew their lease year after year and highly recommend Stockbridge.
