the old staff was good but in 2006 they made an imature 20 year old site manager after that regular maintance didn't get made. it went from having to be on a waiting list to get in to vacant apts. news letters went from coming every month to never plus the manager catherine lotero is rearly in her office or can be found. parkin is a big problem never a place near your apt. no dish washer old lighting . i went on disabilty after a wreck i told catherine the day i was released from the hos. her reply was there was nothing to be done unless i lost my job after a few months i didn,t have the money to pay the rent so of course i received a eviction notice say i have five days too move. i know by law i had 30 days but i moved to a friends place anyway seeing how i didn't have any money not to mention the place is income based u have to make so much to live there then it goes by that 401 for a 1 bedroom. during the move on a sun day i realized the a.c was leaking so i turned it off when i went by on monday to drop off the keys and she wasn't there as normal so i went back tuesday she was there(wow) i told her the situation n that the ac was leaking and i turned it off she told me i was responsable for that and why didn't i tell her sooner i said it was as soon as i could get a hold of her she mouthed off like a kid . then she went on to say for future reference i should tell someone of my situation, then i reminded her i told her the day i went on disabilty she didn't have anything to say. i recently recived a bill (cleaning 100 (i cleaned the apt.) replace living room carpet 909/ painting and supplies 80 damages 35 late fee 10 rent 401 total 1535 - 450 deposit 1085 with statement make payment within 10 day of date of this letter 07/31/2007 i received it on 8/16/2007 she threatens legal action, i tend to seak legal action myself the rent i see the rest no way i notified her as soon as i can get ahold of her if they changed air filters every month like they're supposed to they would have noticed it before i did. w/o catherine the place was alright over priced but alright the owners need to rethink her employment for their own good i wouldn't live there with her running it if i was you but its your call, correy leps
