No way.. like everyone says maintained is beyond repair and the word is that they are only giving 6 months lease because they are reinitiating to turn into condos because they cant rent the apartments because of mold and falling apart. I have been here for a year and seen a lot come and go alreadyand as soon as my lease is up Im out of here!
