Review for Winn Place Iii Apartments

This apartment complex is a total waste of time. The rooms are very small. The rent has changed twice within the last year. The apartment manger walks around the complex DRUNK!! He parties with the resident ;instead of breaking up the party, he's constantly telling other residents business, and is very inprofessional and rude. I wouldn't recommend letting a child of mines live in an apartment complex, where the manager is always partying. When it is time to repair the apartment, the manager is never anywhere to be found. And, there is no such thing as office hours, the office is always closed. If you want to get in touch with the manager, you must knock on his apartment door.
