Review for Forest Park Apartments

Never had a problem with breakins however there have been some incidents in the past with drugs and a SUV catching fire with a meth lab (a neighbors relative parking and leaving his SUV) and have found neighbors cars egged and have had dirt thrown on. Parking is horrible, several cars that have not been moved in a year taking up spots and just not enough spots for the number of units. Many times, visitors and neighbors park behind cars blocking them in. Units are very outdated and have made several attempts to have it updated to be told no. Staff is friendly and quick to resolve issues, but are only temporary fixes before problems come back again (they do their best with such outdated apartments) . Very noisy neighbors be it with loud music or beating on walls at odd hours. Apartments are very drafty in the winter and hot in the summer. Water is turned off often for repairs, however notices are sent out. Do NOT move here if you dislike children, parents let their kids run and scream out of control. There is a big problem with kids playing/standing in the middle of the road. If lease rules were enforced more and the units updated it would be a much better place.
