Its getting crowded here, didn't used to be that way. Parking is getting ridiculous, especially if you come home late, you might have to park on the grass.

There are mostly international students that live here and most of them sleep during the day and are out at night, for what reason I don't know.

The apartments are kinda old, but decent. The walls are thin and the windows are cheap, so if you get a unit facing the parking lot or stree, be prepared to hear cars, talking, cell phones, and other things at night, unless you are a hard sleeper.

Not many amenities. There's a very damaged tennis court but the pool is okay. Basically no area to even get out and toss a ball around.

For the price, you could find somewhere better to live.
